Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, make sure to read these terms carefuly.
By requesting to commission Evy means that you have read these terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
In these terms, "I" or "Me" is referred to the Designer and "You" is referred to the buyer.
・I have the right to decline your commission if the request in any way makes me uncomfortable.
・Any NSFW requests will be declined. Suggestive is alright.
・Do not claim my work as yours. Please give credit to my twitter (@Ib_e06) when reposting my work and/or using my work.
・Do not rush me, the Turn around time (TAT) is 10 days - 1 month. You will be given a heads up if your order will be taking longer than 1 month.
・All my work is Not free to use unless mentioned.
2. Surprise Me Services
・Surprise Me Services are services where you give the artist / designer a prompt or idea and in turn, will design that said idea based on the information and references given. These services usually don't include any form of communication and the buyer will only receive the finished product, therefore giving the element of "Surprise". The artist / designer has creative freedom and in turn is cheaper than regular services with full communication.
Upon receiving the final product, I do not accept any changes unless paid a fee. When ordering this type of commission, please keep this in mind.

3. Payments
・100% Payment full and upfront. For 50/50 payment, please contact me first.
・All prices are final, please do not try to make me lower the price.
・PSD Files (Per Item) 50% of the original price.
・Privacy Fee / NDA Fee +15 USD
・You will only be refunded if in any way I cannot finish your commission.
4. Reversions
・Only 3 minor reversions in TOTAL, any changes after will be subject to an additional fee.
・Reversions are free IF I make a mistake on my part ( ie. Wrong Color , Missed A design element that was previously asked for ).
5. Designer Rights
・Editing my work in any way is prohibited without my permission unless it is a commission.
・I have the right to post your commission / request on any Medias and Platforms.
・Streaming Commercial use (Logo) = +5 USD
・For Merchandise Commercial use please contact me for more information.
・Using my work ( Personal Art / OC Art / Fan Art / Non-Commission Works ) are prohibited.
6. Communication
・For standard services, my preferred Mode of Communication is either on Twitter (@Ib_e06) OR Discord (evyxx).
・( Graphic Design + Logo ) If you fail to respond within 1 week upon receiving an update, I will proceed with your commission and changes will not be eligible unless paid a fee. Please let me know beforehand for any delay in updates or responses.
・( Art ) If you fail to respond within 1 week upon receiving an update, I will proceed your commission. No changes. Please let me know beforehand for any delay in updates or responses.
